greengauges order status and tracking
- When you place your order we will allocate an order number to you. Please make a note of this number as you will need it should you have any query with your order.
- The order confirmation will be priced, showing Value Added Tax, where applicable, and the costs of transportation.
- If you have any query with reference to your order, please e-mail us on orders@greengauges.com
- We aim to despatch orders within 5 working days after receipt. Orders placed at the weekend will not be received by us until the Monday.
- In the event that your order is delayed beyond 5 working days we will contact you with our reasons for the delay and our best estimate of when they will be ready to ship
- Orders are sent via our courier City Link, if you have any queries regarding the status of your order please email us at orders@greengauges.com
- We will never process your credit card details until the whole of your order has shipped, unless you specifically request that we part ship, at which point we will only take payment for the goods that actually ship.
