greengauges order status and tracking
- When you place your order we will allocate an order number to you, and we will e-mail back to you an order confirmation, which contains that number.
- The order confirmation will be priced, show Value Added Tax, where applicable, and the costs of transportation.
- If you have any query with reference to your order, please e-mail us on orders@greengauges.com
- If we receive your order before noon (UK time) we aim to make and ship that day, when we ship we will e-mail you again to notify you of the shipment. Orders received after noon will ship the following day, again you will be notified.
- Our carrier is Parcelforce, if you have any queries regarding the status of your order please e-mail us at orders@greengauges.com
- We intend to have sufficient inventories for us not to have a stock out situation, however, this is a new service, and so our launch inventories reflect our guess of what might sell. You the customer will determine, what actually sells, and we will constantly adjust our inventories to reflect our most popular lines.
- In the event of a back order situation we will e-mail you immediately and give you our best estimate of the likely shipping date. You can choose to cancel your order at this point, or ask us to cancel if we pass our estimated revised shipping date. If we meet the new date and/or you decide to wait for your order, again we will notify you by e-mail when the goods ship.
- We will never process your credit card details until the whole of your order has shipped, unless you specifically request that we part ship, at which point we will only take payment for the goods that actually ship.
- Our aim is to achieve certain delivery targets:
- 2 day delivery in the UK
- 3 day delivery in the rest of Europe
- 7 day delivery in the rest of the World.
