Greengauges Warranty Policy
We offer a 3 year unconditional Warranty. If your product is not to your satisfaction, then all you need do is e-mail us at Warranty@Greengauges.com,tell us about your problem, and we’ll issue you a numbered returns authorisation note (RAN) within 24 hours (by e-mail).
If you’re in Europe, please return the product, postage paid, along with it’s RAN number to:-

The only grounds on which we might reject a warranty claim, is clear evidence of abuse, otherwise we will either repair the product, to an as new level, or we will replace the defective material, within one week (Europe) or two weeks (North America). When we accept the claim, we will also refund you any postage charges incurred.
